Why a fixed price?
Because you are facing a decision and need a predictable framework. The package includes a 60-minute Scoping Workshop, one assessment day via Microsoft Teams, the decision pack within five working days, a prepared customer scenario, 90 days of managed private Enterprise test access and one follow-up session. We tailor the agenda, weighting and primary outcome to your situation.
Do we have to continue with NeLeSo afterwards?
No. The result is yours: you can take the decision paper, roadmap and risk list to any team and any vendor. If our software building blocks fit your plans, we will say so – and if they do not, we will say that just as clearly.
What do you need from us?
Existing documentation on architecture, contracts and incident history, where available, plus the relevant stakeholders from operations, IT and, where appropriate, management. During the Scoping Workshop, we clarify the objective, documents, agenda and participants. Missing documentation is not a blocker; it becomes part of the findings.
How is the Assessment Workshop delivered?
Before the assessment day, we hold a 60-minute preliminary session as a Scoping Workshop. Together, we agree the objective, priorities, stakeholders and primary outcome. The assessment day itself is delivered fully remotely via Microsoft Teams. The decision pack follows within five working days; one follow-up session is included during the 90-day access period.
What can the primary outcome be?
During the Scoping Workshop, we select the outcome that best advances your decision: a target architecture, management decision paper, organisational implementation roadmap, migration plan or specialist deep dive. The other analysis and discussions during the day are focused on supporting it.
What does the 90-day platform access include?
The Assessment Workshop includes 90 days of managed access to a private, synthetic Enterprise test installation of the NeLeSo Charging Platform. We prepare an agreed feature scope and customer scenario aligned with the workshop. The environment is resettable, has no production SLA and does not enable production station or transaction traffic. One follow-up session during the access period is also included.
