NeLeSo Charging Platform · CPMS Modules
19 CPMS modules for your Charging Platform.
The commercial NeLeSo Charging Platform combines the operator portal, Eichrecht-compliant billing, smart charging and 16 more modules on the same software base. Plan, deployment, module scope, support and source-code rights are committed in the specific offer. White-label ready for your brand.
The CPMS modules of the NeLeSo Charging Platform are proven software building blocks within the Charging Platform and run in production with charge point operators.
Modules
19 modules in five clusters.
Depending on the offered plan and release, approved modules can be integrated through open APIs. Core modules are marked in dark.

Billing & Compliance
Compliance is prepared – and properly placed in the project.
OCMF-signed meter values under German calibration law (Eichrecht), XRechnung and ZUGFeRD e-invoicing for B2B, SEPA direct debit and VAT/OSS are prepared as building blocks. In the project we clarify evidence chains, roles and operating model so billing fits your offer. On request, everything runs GDPR-compliant on your own infrastructure.
- OCMF-signed meter values, verifiable with transparency software
- XRechnung & ZUGFeRD for B2B and public-sector billing
- GDPR-compliant operation on your own infrastructure

Smart Charging & Load Management
Avoid peak loads, prioritise solar power.
The smart charging module distributes the available power across all charge points at a site in real time. Peak loads are avoided, the grid connection is used to the full instead of being expensively upgraded – and surplus PV power goes into the vehicles first.
- Real-time load distribution across every charge point on site
- Cap peak loads and make full use of the grid connection
- PV integration: charge on surplus solar power first
Operating models
SaaS, on-premises or Edge – your call.
SaaS
Hosted and operated by NeLeSo, updates included. The fastest route from kick-off to the first billed charging session.
On-premises
On your own VM, container or data-centre infrastructure: full data sovereignty and local core operations without a mandatory NeLeSo cloud.
Edge · Cloudless standalone
On a Linux edge server, industrial PC or preconfigured appliance directly at the site. The local core stays autonomous and can be designed for air-gapped operation.
The software base is the same, with the module scope and source-code rights agreed in the Platform offer. Operating and modification rights follow the agreed plan, deployment and licence model, which we disclose before signing. External roaming, payment and partner integrations still require their intended connectivity.
White label
Your CPMS, your brand.
For software and mobility providers who want to offer charging features inside their own product – without years of in-house development.
- Your brand and your look – from the portal to the invoice
- Your own domain for driver, fleet and operator portals
- Open APIs for integrating into your product
- Approved modules integrate according to the offered plan and release
- Multi-tenant by design: run several clients on one instance
FAQ
Frequently asked questions about the Charging Platform CPMS modules.
What does it cost to get started with the Charging Platform CPMS modules?
Starter, Professional and Enterprise are the commercial plans of the Charging Platform. You also choose between SaaS, managed cloud in your Azure or AWS tenant, self-managed/on-premises and appliance deployment. The full price list covers the offered deployment modes and options.
How long does the rollout take?
Typically 6–10 weeks from kick-off to production: first a proof of concept with your real charge points, then a staged transition into regular operation.
Can I start with a single module inside the Platform?
Yes, where it fits the offered plan and release. Modules integrate through open APIs – for example compliant billing or the driver portal – and can be extended later within the agreed Platform scope.
Can the CPMS run as a cloudless standalone system at the site?
Yes. The Charging Platform CPMS modules, portal, OCPP services and local energy functions can run on suitable Linux edge hardware as a self-contained installation without a mandatory NeLeSo cloud. Selected roaming, payment and other partner services still need their respective connection.
Is German calibration law (Eichrecht) really covered?
Yes. Meter values are stored with OCMF signatures and can be verified with transparency software. We place Eichrecht, billing and the evidence chain properly in the project, so your charging infrastructure can bill reliably.
