Three building blocks

Consulting. Platform. Edge.

Focus instead of a full catalogue: we chart the path with you – and deliver the building blocks to build and run your own backend.

Predictable start at a fixed price

Assessment Workshop: clarity in one day.

Switch your backend, expand or run it yourself? One focused working day remotely via Microsoft Teams – architecture, regulation and roadmap – for a fixed price of €4,990 plus VAT. Includes 90 days of full access to a demo instance with all building blocks.

Consulting

The decision comes first. Then the code.

Consulting for e-mobility and charging with a focus on infrastructure and backends: we join strategy, architecture and delivery – from the first question into continuous operations.

Strategy & consulting

Target picture, architecture review, build-or-buy, migration strategy and regulation (AFIR, calibration law, ISO 15118).

Design & architecture

System design for charging infrastructure: protocols, interfaces, load management – validated in a proof of concept.

Delivery & operations

Development, testing in our own lab and migration without downtime – with continuous evolution in production.

Platform

The building blocks for your CPO and CPMS backend.

Not an off-the-shelf product, but a platform of proven modules: OCPP, CPMS and billing – with source code, open APIs and no lock-in.

NeLeSo OCPP Broker

One broker. Any backend. Zero downtime.

Decoupling layer between charge point and backend: multi-backend routing and live migration without a big bang.

NeLeSo OCPP Server

The OCPP backend you build on.

OCPP 1.6 and 2.0.1 in production, 2.1-ready – with simulators, developer portal and open APIs.

NeLeSo CPMS Toolkit

Modules for operator portal, roaming and billing.

White-label building blocks for your own CPMS – individually or together, with source code.

Third building block · NeLeSo Edge

Where the cloud is not enough: plug in instead of hosting.

OCPP server, load management and monitoring as an appliance in the control cabinet. Offline-first means the site keeps charging even when the internet or cloud fails.

NeLeSo Edge appliance – compact industrial box with heatsink fins and ethernet ports

Why NeLeSo

Not SaaS lock-in. Not slideware consulting. Not greenfield from scratch.

Our building blocks ship with source code and open APIs. We consult with software we run in the field – and in the Assessment Workshop we tell you honestly whether in-house, platform or keeping the status quo is the path that holds.

Case Studies

Named projects. Building blocks in production.

WALL-E, DepotCharge, Natur & City Camping Ellwangen – and DEKRA in overview.

Example from practice

Backend switches without a big bang.

Consulting and platform work together: the broker keeps charge points connected while target systems change step by step – with fallback and parallel operation.

NeLeSo test lab

Test lab since 2014

Field issues, made reproducible in the lab.

Since 2014 we have operated test environments with vehicles, wallboxes and OCPP backends. We turn field issues into reproducible scenarios – against real hardware.

Protocol depth

We have spoken OCPP since 2011.

Our systems see what charge points really send in the field every day – and turn it into stable sessions, clean meter values and traceable diagnostics.

Illustrative capture of an OCPP session: the charge point boots (BootNotification), becomes available, starts a charging transaction with meter values – and load management adjusts the power in real time.
